We have established the best agreement with hotels of milan and San Remo, just to offer the special conditions reserved exclusivly to the partecipants of the Granfondo Milan-San Remo tourcycling:
Our hotels in MILAN offer

breakfast the day of the race at 5:00, with reinforcement of pasta and rice for your needs of carbohydrates;

the dinner on the day of the race served in the room for those who return to Milan with the bus of the organization.
AT SAN REMO
-
free transport from the Palafiori (arrival of the race) to the fixed hotels;

the dinner on the day of the race served with flexible hours until 21:30.
Note.
In consideration of the remarkable growth of the event, we have planned from now a greater number of hotel conventions than in the past years. However it may be necessary to establish new agreements with other hotels during the year, whose information will be uploaded on the website later.
HOTEL VOUCHER
The hotel will be precisely assigned in the month of May. From May 15, the voucher for the hotels will be available in the registration section of the website, that must be given at the reception personnel upon the arrival.

CANCELLATION PENALITIES
Please read with attention the "Terms of the contract for the sale of touristic packages and services" given at the foot of the page. We remind briefly the cancellation penalities:

up to 30 calendar days before the start: a fixed fee of € 20,00 for committal proceedings;

29- 22 calendar days prior the start: 25%;
-
21-15 calendar days prior the start: 50%;
-
14- 8 calendar days prior the start: 75%;
-
within the 7 calendar days prior the start: 100%.
